WPBSA Chairman Jason Ferguson discussed snooker’s growth in Asia as the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) got underway over the weekend.
Held in Beijing, CIFTIS is China’s largest exhibition in the field of trade in services. On Saturday, Ferguson attended the opening ceremony and the main forum of sports services, where he shared his views on the growth of snooker globally and opportunities to develop the sports market.
On Sunday, he delivered a keynote speech at the 2023 UK-China High Level Dialogue on Sports Policy and Industry where he described the history of snooker in China and the sport’s bright future.
