Monitor Bijan Robinson’s health: Robinson was dealing with a bad headache, which greatly limited his playing time.
- He started feeling weird last night, but no reports came out about any problems until after the game began. This left several fantasy managers relying on Robinson this week.
- Tyler Allgeier became the primary running back for the game, taking a lot of the early-down work and most of the short-yardage work.
- Cordarrelle Patterson missed the start of the season and was slowly but surely playing more snaps. He became the primary backup in this game.

Rams rely on Darrell Henderson and Royce Freeman: Kyren Williams (ankle) and Ronnie Rivers (knee) landed on injured reserve last week.
- Zach Evans was the only other running back on the roster last week, so many assumed he would be the starter for Week 7.
- The Rams signed Freeman from their own practice squad, Myles Gaskin from the Minnesota Vikings practice squad, and Henderson to their practice squad and elevated him for game day.
- Reports emerged before the game that Henderson and Freeman would lead the way, allowing fantasy managers to pivot away from Evans.
- Henderson started the game and generally rotated by drive. Typically, Henderson took one or two plays during Freeman’s drives, which left Henderson with more playing time.
