The 29-year-old American pro fired an eight-under 64 on Friday to go along with a 65 on Thursday to reach 15 under at the halfway point.
Hossler has never won a PGA Tour event, but that all could change this weekend as he heads into the third round in sole possession of the lead.
For Saturday’s round, Hossler will tee off in the final pairing alongside Daniel Berger at 2:50 p.m. ET. You can watch Saturday’s third round of the Sanderson Farms Championship on Golf Channel starting at 4 p.m. ET.
