The quickest players in EA Sports FC 24

If you were asked what the standout attribute for any player in FIFA 23, or any other recent edition in the franchise, was, chances are you’d say pace.

It’s the one thing that has reigned supreme, no matter the calibre of defender, and the one thing that has probably caused more controllers to be broken around the world than anything else.

This year sees EA Sports FC 24 break away to form it’s own franchise, but it’s hard to imagine a world where searingly fast players aren’t the kings of the castle. Naturally, you’ll therefore want to know how to stack your Ultimate Team or Career Mode squad with as many pace merchants as possible.

The good news is you don’t need to look any further, with the below players the ten quickest you’ll be able to get your hands on.

Pace: 94; Acceleration: 96; Sprint Speed: 92

The Dutch international, who came through Manchester City’s youth academy, has always caught the eye. He did so at Celtic and he’s done so at Bayer Leverkusen too.

One of the reasons for this is his blistering pace which he uses to torment opposition full-backs and make life tough for opposing wingers. The defender has an 83-rated card, a plus three upgrade from last year’s, with 94 pace. He will undoubtedly be a popular option in EAFC 24.

Pace: 94; Acceleration: 93; Sprint Speed: 94

The former Watford winger has always been blessed with pace and, according to EAFC 24, he is the ninth fastest player in world football.

From an Ultimate Team perspective, the fact that Sarr now plays for Marseille certainly makes him a more usable card. At just 76 overall, with 94 pace, 76 shooting and four-star skill moves, he could be a great budget option for starter teams.

Pace: 94; Acceleration: 93; Sprint Speed: 94

The only female player in the top ten, Rodman is bound to break some controllers in EAFC 24. If her 94 pace wasn’t enough, the 84-overall right-winger has 81 shooting, 83 dribbling and four-star skill moves and weak foot.

The United States international will also offer great links to other US national team and National Women’s Soccer League players in Ultimate Team.

Rodman and Frimpong down the right-hand side would be a lethal combination.

Pace: 94; Acceleration: 95; Sprint Speed: 93

Not only does the Brazilian Al Hilal left-midfielder have 94 pace in EAFC 24, it’s ten more than he had in FIFA 23.

Quite why Michael has received such a huge upgrade to his speed is not clear, perhaps he’s just been hitting the gym a lot, but with the Saudi Pro League now a playable league in Career Mode and Ultimate Team, his pace could come in handy.

Pace: 95; Acceleration: 94; Sprint Speed: 95

The wonderfully-named Sirlord Conteh is the fastest silver card on EAFC 24 and the player with the lowest rating in the top ten. The 68-rated striker plies his trade in the 2. Bundesliga with Paderborn, but may be useful for those on a budget.

Conteh is the definition of a pace merchant, with no other outstanding attributes, but sometimes that’s all you need.

Pace: 95; Acceleration: 95; Sprint Speed: 95

The quickest player in the Premier League, Diaby promises to be a more threatening card than ever before. The French right-midfielder has received a plus two upgrade to his pace, taking it all the way up to 95.

Diaby always proved useful in Ultimate Team for those assembling a Bundesliga squad, but his move to Aston Villa in the Premier League is likely to send his price through the roof.

Pace: 95; Acceleration: 96; Sprint Speed: 95

Despite enjoying a great season with Bayern Munich last season, even finishing in the Bundesliga Team of the Year, Alphonso Davies has received a downgrade to his overall, moving from 84 to 83.

However, the Canadian left-back, who teammate Thomas Muller once dubbed ‘the roadrunner’, has received a small upgrade to his pace, which now sits at 95.

Pace: 95; Acceleration: 95; Sprint Speed: 95

There are few players who can can cope with Vinicius’ blinding pace in real life and on EAFC 24. The 89-rated left-winger has 95 pace, as well as four-star weak foot and five-star skill moves, making him a pretty unplayable prospect.

The Real Madrid forward also has 90 dribbling and 82 shooting, as well as high attacking and defensive work rate. Put simply, he’s going to be insane.

Pace: 96; Acceleration: 96; Sprint Speed: 96

The only player in the game with 96 pace, Adeyemi promises to be a difficult player to play against in EAFC 24. After a strong season with Dortmund, the youngster has been given a huge plus five overall upgrade, now sitting at 80, while also receiving boosts to his shooting, passing and dribbling.

The German has been moved from a striker to a left-midfielder this year, although that is still one of his alternate positions along with left-winger and right-winger, and could be a brilliant early option in Ultimate Team.

Pace: 97; Acceleration: 97; Sprint Speed: 97

There is not a great deal of surprise as to the fastest player in EAFC 24. It is, of course, Kylian Mbappe, who is also the equal highest rated player in the game.

The French striker has 97 pace, but his other stats are just as mad. 90 shooting, 92 dribbling and five-star skill moves, as well as a 91 overall, make him easily the most meta-relevant player in the game.

While few will be able to afford him in Career Mode or Ultimate Team, he will definitely be worth saving up for.
